I have arranged for Molly Maids to assist my elderly mother with housekeeping. They have been very helpful in this capacity and in particular, sensitive to my mother's needs which can be slightly different from visit to visit. The staff have been very personable to my mother and very accommodating. As well, communication with the office has been very good and effective in maintaining the appropriate level of service. I am very pleased with the service and have no hesitation to recommend Molly Maid.

When I called Molly Maids in Belleville Stephan and Nelly each provided initial information that was clear and concise. We decided on a deep clean. Cody and Stephanie arrived on time and went straight to work-and they really did do a Deep Clean; light fixtures, behind appliances, high window ledges. Each was pleasant while remaining professional at all times. A bit pricey, but so worth it! Very pleased.

Molly Maid Belleville & Trenton provide optimal cleaning service. I had requested a last-minute cleaning job from them for my parents' home. The owners went above and beyond to provide cleaning service for them. The cleaning team were super friendly and did an impeccable job. The owners are very responsive and very courteous. I’ve had cleaning services and/or cleaning women for years and I’ve never been so pleased with the service I’ve received with Molly Maid Belleville & Trenton.Where to begin?Compassion. I have been a caregiver for my octogenarian father and both my nonagenarian in-laws. The team is never intrusive and always kind and professional. They all work their magic miraculously and are a delight to have in our home.Nelly in the office is kind, caring, attentive and efficient, a pleasure with which to deal.The teams always arrive on time and inquire if there is anything special required. Their quality of work is wonderful. I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend their services.

There has been a fairly recent change in ownership of this franchise. I have been very satisfied with their service. They are slightly more expensive than to hire someone privately, but it is worth it to me, especially during pandemic times. They have a strict safety protocol which is always followed. The cleaning is always thorough. I will remain a happy customer.

We have used Molly Maid for almost 10 yeas now and are very pleased with the service. The new owners have been very careful to comply with all the Covid-19 protocols, which is reassuring.. The staff are pleasant, very reliable, and trustworthy. So much so that we can book them when we are not present, and have no worries about the thoroughness of their cleaning or any other problems.I am happy to recommend Nelly Bairos and her staff to anyone who needs help with their housework.Don M.

Outstanding service! The team is amazing to work with. They are incredibly flexible to my schedule and requirements with working from home, I appreciate that they take everyone’s health and safety into account always and they are always going the extra mile to make sure everything is clean and tidy.
