Avid Commercial Cleaners
The Avid team does such a fab job cleaning our 2 offices! Our space can be tough to clean as we do large scale events, things are often super chaotic. They do an excellent job cleaning despite the many obstacles we leave around. As a business, I appreciate the clarity of their contracts, invoices, and communication. Plus they are very pleasant people to work with.Would recommend to anyone looking for both regular cleanings and deep cleanings.

Avid does an amazing job cleaning our townhouse, which is not easy with 4 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, and 2 young kids leaving a trail of toys and mess. They deliver a high quality service and go the extra distance cleaning hard to reach areas and tough grime.

I broke my leg and decided to hire Avid Cleaners to assist me with cleaning my apartment. They were quick to respond, friendly and honest people.They did not try to take advantage of my situation and were right on point with their estimate on timing.As a new client, they required me to do an initial deep clean which they charged hourly. However, they were able to offer a flat rate for my ongoing services.To say I was impressed would be an understatement!I cannot provide a higher recommendation! They're great people and do a fantastic job!

I cannot speak enough about the professionalism, the dedication and the skill Avid Commercial Cleaners has shown in executing a very difficult job.We are starting a new restaurant and asked them to help us in restoring it. They did such a good job, we brought them back to help in another project and in two weeks we'll bring them back again to help us somewhere else.If cleaning is not your passion, I highly recommend Stacy, Eddie and Janeth for the job. They will tackle any problem and at the end of the day you'll have peace of mind and a much cleaner room.

We've been working with Avid cleaners for a few months now. They are extremely thorough, detail oriented, and thoughtful cleaners. The house is sparkling, and their level of care is as if it's their own home. They are very flexible and easy to work with.They are also lovely people, and we're so happy to have them clean our house. I called Avid Cleaners for a deep clean to prepare for the staging and showing of our house. Avid completed a thorough clean and left the house looking and feeling brighter and newer. What I thought was water damaged wooden cabinets and trim were gently deep cleaned and restored. I knew my house would pass the test of any critical buyer. They also took the time to ask me what my goals were so they could prioritize their time and efforts. They were professional and dependable. I wouldn’t hesitate to call back Avid for regular maintenance and for a move-in deep clean service.

We have our house cleaned by Avid every couple of weeks, and it’s always an immense treat that we look forward to! They go way beyond what we expected. Based on other reviews, I contacted Avid for a deep clean of my parent's home and I was not disappointed.They were responsive, reliable, friendly and professional - making the entire process both simple and comfortable.They asked all the right questions and guided me through the process of what I could expect.While they were not the cheapest quote I received, they were well worth the price.Thank you for everything! The house looks amazing and my parents could not be happier!
